I love a big strong breakfast when I’m touring, so I like to have orange juice, an omelette with spinach, mushroom, tomato, and bacon. Then some toast, with something sweet and a cappuccino!
The most unusual thing I have ever eaten…
I’m very “special” in that I really don’t like to take any risks with food, so I haven’t ever had anything very unusual. Haha.

Who taught you to cook?
I saw my father cooking a lot so I that gave me some ideas about how it’s done, but I did teach myself really. And I like to be creative.

Carballeira: Seafood. One of the best in the whole of Spain.
Xalet Suis: One of the oldest and much loved restaurants in my city.
Racó del Fartet: Everybody knows about this restaurant now as it’s close to Monegros, so many artists have stopped here (ask Richie).

A DJ or musician that has surprised you with their cooking skills…what did they cook
Mmmm that’s quite difficult, but my manger is an expert! Ha ha ha Probably one of the best is Ali (Dubfire). I saw him at one of the Traktor Cookery events in Ibiza – everybody knows about his huge passion for food.
I don’t wanna talk about the BBQs of Seth & Sneak because you know how it turns out at the end!!! But I can remember also an amaaaazing lasagna from Heidi in Amsterdam.

Super Spanish fried eggs with french fries…seems like it should be an easy dish, but actually it’s an ART!
