k  For the falafel  k

Ingredients (serves 15-20)

200ml non dairy milk (soy or rice)
8 tablespoons tahini
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon salt

* Maple syrup or agave to taste

Method

Whisk all the ingredients together in a blender until very smooth. Then thin the sauce down with a little water to a good pouring consistency.
