Pig: It was a combination of my friends at boarding school and being self-taught.
Dan: My oldest friend, Dan Lefevre is a very famous chef who has cooked for all the starts from Jackson to Adele and he showed me the roots.

Pig: Marco Carola – he cooked an amazing pasta! Can’t tell the exact one it was but it had a tomato sauce base. Was really good!
Dan: Pig. Nothing like the famous Piggy Burger, that used to come up on occasions!

Your guilty pleasure food. You know you shouldn’t but you always do…
Pig: Red meat
Dan: Custard

Pig: A super healthy beluga lentil salad with hummus and tender broccoli

Pig: I actually did have dinner with these three, so I’ll mention them; Michael Douglas, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Charlie Watts. But I’d invite Julius Ceasar, Jim Morrison and Buddha!

Pig: Baking cakes….of any kind
Dan: Pad Thai (It’s simple but a bitch to get right)

Pig: Nowadays pretty healthy stuff, because I always have hummus in the fridge and some nuts
Dan: Neither of us drink now, but now it’s anything ready to eat, so yoghurt, cheese, ham….grab and go stuff

The most expensive meal you have ever had?
Pig: Not too mental, about €150, but I can’t remember where it was, we have so many dinners!
Dan: About €400….
