Lio! I love going there for the performances and the stunning location

Dolce Vita! It’s a nice little Italian restaurant. When I am at home nothing beats eating my mother’s home cooked meals.

Hakkasan in Miami is one of my favourites

If you could have a masterclass with any master chef…who would it be and why?

Jamie Oliver, because I think he seems like genuinely nice and funny guy and has loads of really great recipes that I’d love to learn

What countries do you love returning to, to sample their cuisine?

I couldn’t narrow it down to just one place…Mexico and Brazil are definitely two of them
