A DJ or musician that has surprised you with their cooking skill…what did they cook

I have never been brave enough to have a DJ cook for me, but I hear Dimitri and Mike are amazing in the kitchen

Your guilty pleasure food. You know you shouldn’t but you always do…

Chocolate chocolate and chocolate

What is your signature dish?

I used to work in a Italian restaurant in the kitchen so probably a pasta dish

If you could have a master-class with a celebrity chef; who’d you pick and why?

Chef Jock Zonfrillo I think it’s so amazing how he puts together his recipes and gets inspiration from around the world.

Wouldn’t know, most of the time I don’t have to pick up the bill. Once had a 45 euro wagyu hamburger, maybe that counts.
