Based on our conversations, I have selected this delicious and colourful bespoke menu that I think will work well with the numbers and tastes of your guests (they are also some of my Love Food Ibiza favourites!).

Ayurvedic spiced chicken in a creamy curried sauce with mango nispero chutney

Cava poached full-sides of salmon with minted labneh, pistachio and pomegranates

Slow and sticky soy ginger garlic Chicken wings 

Seared aged entraña steak with classic Chimichurri salsa 

Parmentier potatoes with rosemary & garlic – hot chipotle romesco sauce on the side 

Eat the Rainbow ‘slaw: red cabbage, radish, peppers, red onion, carrot, toasted seeds

Sumac roasted beetroot, feta, chickpea salad with toasted “crack nuts” 

Turmeric Orzo (tiny weeny tear shaped pasta) with mixed peppers, sweetcorn, pomegranate, mango chutney, nigella seeds

Artisan Sourdough & focaccia

Mascapone crème Eton Mess: Late summer berries & salted caramel

Double Ibiza lemon Cheesecake with lemon curd and blueberries

Lambeth / Dua Lipa style Birthday cake!

 

Food Cost

24 guests @ 160 euros per head (discounted from 180 euros) – 3,840 euros 

This includes my labour, buffet-ware, Birthday Cake (which is normally charged separately at at 350 euros) 

Additional staffing: 

Bartender 7 hours @40 euros per hour 

Chef Assistant 7 hours @35 euros per hour 

General assistant 7 hours @25 euros per hour 

Total Staff Costs:  700 euros 

Grand total: 4,540 euros 

Service timings 

Arrival time 4:30pm

Set up all tables / tablescape / bar set up /  buffet prep

6:30 – 7:30 Champagne Reception and bar service

7:30pm  Food is served 

9pm Desserts and Birthday Cake

9:30-11:30

Clear down and replenish bar for self-service
