k Charles's Grape Sour k
A mouth puckeringly delicious sweet & sour delight with an edge of awesome aniseed
Ingredients…
6-8 white seedless grapes
2 dashes of orange bitters
25ml Pernod absinthe
25ml lemon juice
25ml sugar syrup (1:1)
Method…
In a shaker, muddle the grapes and sugar. Add other ingredients, shake with ice cubes and double strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with fennel seeds.
