A track you love to hear on a sunny morning…

Ahhh! So many to choose from haha! But I’ll go for Spotless Mind by Jhene Aiko…

Your perfect breakfast would be…

Oven bread with cream cheese, avocado and argula.

The most unusual thing I have ever eaten…

Errr, probably the smelly Durian fruit haha…

The dish that reminds me of my childhood

Probably broccoli with rice and a chicken drumstick, which was my father’s signature dish when he didn’t have any inspiration haha.

Who taught you to cook?

Well, my parents for a bit. But mostly myself, that’s why I still mess up quite often haha.

Your favourite restaurant in your home city Amsterdam…

SORA Sapporo Ramen!!

May be an image of food and indoor

Another restaurant from around the world you love…

Potato head in Seminyak Bali!

Potato Head Beach Club - Bali.com

A DJ or musician that has surprised you with their cooking skills at home/their home…what did they cook

Sherif’s vegetable lasagna was amazing! He isn’t a DJ or musician but he’s in the business and deserves the shoutout for this one.

Your guilty pleasure food. You know you shouldn’t but you always do…

Bamisoup without a doubt.

What is your signature dish?

Bamisoup hahah – but I make them with egg and vegetables and often add lots of other stuff as well so not the student version but the indo version. Or my nasi goreng but I’m still working on that, it’s not perfect yet.

If you could have a master-class with a celebrity chef, who’d you pick and why?

Uncle Roger haha. he is a legend. If you know, you know.

Dead or alive – 3 famous people you would invite around for dinner…

Sade, Jhene Aiko, stevie nicks from 1975.

Your favourite pizza topping

Probably funghi.

Your biggest ever food mistake

Too much sambal when I was a kid. Happened to me way too often.

A dish you just cannot eat

Everything with meat of fish in it.

You get in from the club pissed, dive in the fridge and usually come out with…?

Beer!
