k  Crispy Curried Shiricha Chickpeas  k

Delicious protein-rich spicy and crunchy chickpeas are a great alternative to nuts. There are simple to make and once out of the oven they will be gone in a flash…


1 jar chickpeas (drained)
2 teaspoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon sriracha (or hot chilli sauce)
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
pinch of sea salt


Heat oven to 190C.

Pat the chickpeas dry with kitchen paper then spread them onto a tray and roast for 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and add to a bowl with the spice ingredients and coconut oil and mix well.

Spread the seasoned chickpeas back onto the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until crispy.
