k Superfood Jam k
(Makes 2 jars)
500gm of strawberry jam
800g chopped strawberries
100g goji berries
Zest and juice of 1 orange
4 tablespoons chia seeds
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
1. In a saucepan add the chopped strawberries, goji berries, orange juice and orange zest.
2. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes, add the strawberry jam, then cook for 30 mins on low heat, and stir regularly.
3.Leave to cool. Add the chia seeds and thoroughly stir.
4. Pour into container or glass jars and refrigerate.
