The dish that reminds you most of your childhood?
James: Fish pie – great memories and struggle to find one that’s better.

Do you cook? If so, what is your signature dish?
Ben: Yeah really enjoy cooking, started very young doing bits in the kitchen for my mum, having a big family pretty much everything revolves around the dinner table & food. My food favourite is southern Italian, so would probably be a rustic shellfish stew..

And your favourite restaurant in the world?
James: It was a tiny little Japanese spot in Tokyo, serving ridiculous food like I’ve never tasted before. Have been trying to find the name ever since going but no luck as of yet.

If you could have a masterclass with any master chef…who would it be and why?
Ben: Rick Stein- huge fan of simple local seafood, he seems to me the master at this so I’d pick up loads of handy tips.

What countries do you love returning to, to sample their cuisine?
James: Asia, in particular Thailand, I’ll never tire of the amazing street food the variety and quality is bang on.

A dish you just cannot stomach?
Ben: Tripe, tried a few,  but yet to actually like it.
