Bora Uzer, he’s as amazing at cooking as he is at making music!
He cooked an incredible salad and some delicious veggies with angel hair spaghettis, with many herbs and spices, it was so incredibly original and full of flavours, I was stunned!

Ovomaltine Crunchy Cream, it’s a chocolate paste with malt crispy balls, so delicious I just can never get enough! I dream they develop a more sustainable and healthier recipe of it though. Haha
What is your signature dish?
Crêpes! Really thin pancakes with all kinds of garnishes – Veggies, cheese or sweet homemade jams! I’ve made crêpes so many times I can prepare the batter my eyes closed aha. I also love to just drink some of it before cooking it aha.

Charles Michel – On top of cooking the most delicious food, he’s a super activist raising awareness on conscious eating, food regeneration systems and many more very important and interesting topics food, sustainability etc. An inspiring mind and wonderful person!
