Tess Prince is an Ibiza-based international chef, food writer and stylist, passionate about food and nurturing the soul through the provision of exquisitely presented food-art. Her previous career in London with Baxter Storey saw her consult alongside Yotam Ottolenghi which is where her love affair with Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cooking began.

Tess has condensed her 20 years of culinary experience to provide intimate, bespoke and exceptional dining for private clients including Ibiza’s visiting celebrities from the world of music, fashion and television.

For the last 4 years Tess has been Resident Chef at Soul Adventures – one of the most renowned Kundalini Yoga retreats in the world. This has enabled her to explore and perfect the art of vegan and chakra-balancing/healing foods – also benefited by her very close relationships with Ibiza’s artisans and organic farmers.

MY STRENGTHS
I am comfortable cooking ALL types of cuisine – meat/fish/veggie/vegan. I have a deep knowledge of nutritionally balanced recipe development and current food trends. Obviously for this project it is more family orientated so I am very adaptable for all manner of recipes.
I understand plating and the colour wheel to ensure the best capture of photographs. Over the years I have collected a wide array of food styling props including artisan ceramics, fabrics/cloths and vintage cutlery/service wear. I also have food photography backgrounds including wipeable vinyl.
